MANRICO SEGHI TRIO - FOOD HOUSE

The meeting between organist Manrico Seghi and "Drum Hero" Byron Landham gives birth to this project, complemented by Davide Palladin on guitar. The love of the three, not only for music but also for humor and good food, brings forth the album "Food House," a playful play on words inspired by Wes Montgomery's composition "Full House." In a total "Organ Trio" atmosphere, ranging from the notes of Wes Montgomery to Larry Young, Herbie Hancock, Duke Person, and other greats, the album also features the unreleased track "Dai dai." Eight tracks blending swing and blues, where attention to groove and humor becomes a distinctive element and guiding thread.
