The trio led by pianist Davide Falconi, accompanied on double bass by Andrea Taravelli and on drums by Gianluca Nanni, embarks on a journey to rediscover the musicians and songs that have marked the history of boogie-woogie.
The three great musicians interpret classics by masters such as Clarence "Pinetop" Smith, Meade "Lux" Lewis, Lloyd Glenn, and Johnnie Johnson, as well as the boogie-woogie of jazz pianists like Erroll Garner, Oscar Peterson, and Count Basie. They also pay tribute to the great Renato Carosone with the original Italian Boogie Woogie and Pianofortissimo.
