"Jazzy Mike Around the World" is the debut album of composer, trumpeter, and vocalist Michele Samory from Marche, available on CD or on all digital stores. Through Swing, Latin Jazz, and Dixieland, the nine tracks that make up the album trace the imaginary journey around the world of the '40s icon Jazzy Mike, born from Michele's imagination and Martina Fratini's pencil. From Cuba to New Orleans, from Morocco to Tennessee, Samory's compositions alternate with tribute reinterpretations of the greatest jazz composers of the "Roaring Twenties," from Glenn Miller to Duke Ellington. Accompanying the exploration are Massimo Morganti (trombone), Riccardo Federici (alto saxophone and flute), Filippo Sebastianelli (tenor saxophone), Marco Postacchini (baritone saxophone and clarinet), Diego Donati (guitars and banjo), Manuele Montanari (double bass), Tommaso Sgammini (piano), Lorenzo Martinelli (drums), Marco Roveti (percussion), and guest vocalist Sabrina Angelini...
